The user can cancel any order at any instance before the order is out for delivery. cewaa shall not accept any order cancellation once the order is out for delivery. cewaa also reserves the right to cancel the order for any reason whatsoever and the customer shall not be entitled to any damages on account of such cancellation. cewaa can also cancel the order for Medicines/Pharmaceutical products at any time and therefore users should not make any order for medicine if it is required in an emergency or urgency.  Shipping charges shall be deducted on any order cancellation that may take place. There shall be no cancellation for fruits and vegetables.

In case, of household services, the user must cancel the order of household services upto one hour before such service is scheduled. In case the user attempts to cancel the order after the specified time, the user will have to pay cancellation charges.
