Delivery
of the products ordered on cewaa is one of the major components of cewaa
services, however the delivery of products ordered on cewaa are made by third
party delivery persons who are independent. Therefore, cewaa has little control
over its delivery partners.
Therefore,
the user/customer agrees and acknowledges that cewaa is not responsible for any
liability that may arise out of the performance or conduct of its delivery
partners. cewaa cannot ensure any performance standard from such delivery
partners.
cewaa
platform only offers delivery within a certain territorial limit and therefore
those regions which lie outside the territorial limits will not be serviced
irrespective of whether the order is placed from within the serviceable limit. cewaa
reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage if in its opinion such
region or territory is beyond its serviceable limit.
The
standard delivery time for cewaa is 4 hours for any product however the
user/customer understands that delivery time quoted at the time of confirming
the Order is an approximate estimate and may vary based on the information
obtained cewaa is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of an Order.
Any
Order placed by the user/customer will be only delivered to the address
designated by them at the time of placing the Order on the Platform. Buyer’s
Order will be cancelled in the event of any change of address.
The
user/customer shall undertake to provide adequate directions, information, and
authorizations to accept delivery. In the event of no delivery due to any act
or omission attributable to user/customer the goods or services shall be deemed
to have been delivered to such user/customer and all risk and responsibility in
relation thereto shall pass to such user/customer without being entitled to any
refund.
